Thought I would share my thoughts on one particular thread on the NeoBux forum about strategies. The member who started this conversation has been quite dogged in his/her approach. They extol the virtues of analysing individual referrals by way of how many days since last click and AVGs achieved to determine whether to recycle, or whether to leave the referral to return and start clicking again.
While I admire this user’s astuteness to detail I don’t agree with it entirely. Yes it is right that you look at the last time the referral clicked an ad and also look at the AVG (average click rate) but there is a danger here of overdoing it on the analysis. There’s a whole lot more conditions that they analyse like whether the referral is a standard or gold member and what days are best or worse for referrals to click. Please! I just don’t have the time.
The individual in question doesn’t have that many referrals at around 200 so they must have loads of time on their hands. Their averages are very similar to my own but with one key difference; they are recycling at 4% as opposed to my 2%. So I’m thinking what’s the point? It’s costing more to run their account.
This isn’t indicative of the wider NeoBux community and my own strategy is always changing, but I don’t believe in over analysing, I take note of where I left off and pick off the red liners that are well below the 1.00 threshold and are over 6 days since last click. In fact i don’t spend any more than 10 minutes from logging in to logging out. The simple truth is you could analyse every angle and scrutinise referral habits till your blue in the face and it wouldn’t make any difference, you just can’t predict what a referral will do.
You live and learn. Everyone has their own way of doing things and that’s just fine and dandy. The great thing about the forum is the diversity of opinions, just go with the flow and trust your own instinct.
My Progress: (Golden Member) 470 referrals of which 147 have been extended by 90 days.
Still to do: (1st goal) Reach 500 referrals and continue extending for 90 days. STOP! Consolidate.
2nd Goal: continue on to 1000 referrals. STOP! Consolidate.
Refresher Tips: Use a spreadsheet to keep track of all your activities; it’s amazing what you can glean from them and it helps you to fine tune your strategy. Always include all costs including the yearly membership. Don’t over recycle and try to extend your referrals for 90 days with auto renew off.
I will give this subject a rest for now and post again once I reach 1000 referrals, thanks’ for reading

I agree with you. You just can’t control the smallest details sometimes. Best to keep common trends in mind instead.
Till then,
Jean
You will not find a free script to do all of it: this means that you will have to adapt all of them and mix them together.
For NeoBux you can use this excellent excel spreadsheat it helps you to drill down the stats by highlighting AVGs, Day since last click and loads more. You will have to install greasemonkey for it to work, well worth it.
very Nice information and thanks for sharing with us…
Keep it up

As a Golden member you usually have 9 ads available, depending on how many advertisers are promoting their products. I’ve heared from people having clicked up to 30 ads per day, which obviously is a rare situtation but sometimes doable.
Yes 9 is the minimum amount of ads for golden members but you usually average around 12 sometimes 15.
The only members to get 30 ads are probably ultimate members who have a lot more benefits.
